The award resulting from this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery contract. The minimum quantity to be awarded under this solicitation is 97 each. Estimated quantities over the five years of this contract are as follows: FY96 = 97 each; FY97 = 175 ea; FY98 = 175 ea; FY99 = 175 ea; FY00 = 175 ea. The maximum quantity to be procured under this solicitation is 1200 each. This quantity is greater than the sum of the individual ordering periods, as it includes surge requirements. Actual quantities will be designated on individual Delivery Orders. The minimum quantity on any one Delivery Order is 97 ea, and the maximum quantity is 263 ea, which includes potential surge requirements. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List Procedures.
