An emerging small business is one whose average annual receipts for the past 3 years did not exceed 2.5 million dollars. SIC 8712. Services will include site investigation, preliminary design, final design, 30 sets of drawings, specifications, cost estimate, and construction period services. Drawings are to be done on CAD compatible with AutoCad Version 13. Scope of work is as follows: This project will correct potential code violations and the requiring of certain items in the existing electrical system. Work includes replacement of fuses, switchgear, and undersized wiring, transformers, and breakers. Included is power factor correction at the Barnes Rehabilitation Center and modification of our boiler plant generator controls so the existing 230kVA standby generator can operate in a demand shaving mode during peak power demand. Estimated construction cost is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Selection and award is subject to the availability of FY96 funding.
