Four (4) option years on maintenance will also be required. Software must meet all of Rock islandarsenal'S (RIA) key requirements for program management software; comprehensive support for earned value principles and options; support for DOD 5000.2 criteria validation and reporting, PC based software compatible with RIA'S LAN (netware 3.1); and capability to import COST data (including work breakdown structure (WBS) reference Numbers) with minimal modification.
