The purpose of this synopsis is to renovate Building 910 at Peterson Air Force Base, CO into a Leadership Development Center. The project includes but is not limited to minor site improvements; new underground utilities, selective demolition of building finishes, interior and exterior walls, floor slab and mechanical/electrical systems and furniture. The successful offeror shall also provide and install audio visual equipment. Solicitation packages will be issued on or about 9 May 1996 with receipt of proposals on or about 10 June 1996. Performance period for this project is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A solicitation package may be obtained by sending a written request referencing F05604-96-R0008 and the title ''Leadership Development Center.''
