The anticipated price range is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 for the total effort with a minimum guarantee of $50,000. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The anticipated type of contract is a fixed price indefinite quantity. The period of performance is for a one year base period with two one year options to extend. Exact project completion time will be specified in each delivery order. It is anticipated that subject IFB will be issued on or about 07 May 96 with estimated bid opening on 07 Jun 96.
