Work will be performed in Dyess AFB, Abilene, Texas under prime contract F19628-91-D-0003, DO 0026 with target levels of effort as follows: Trenching (500 lineal feet), finish grading (40,000 square yards), placement of crushed stone (4,500 cubic yards) placement of sand (3,000 cubic yards), cut/fill operations (7,500 cubic yards), high security fence enhancements adding 17 posts, bracing 70 existing posts and post cap welding) installation of HDPE storm sewer system, placement of 23,000 lineal feet of GFE cable, construction of up to 70 small reinforced foundations for support of electronic sensors and electrical distribution boxes as well as fabrication and installation of interior and exterior electrical distribution systems.
