Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200. The Defense Nuclear Agency
(DNA) has a requirement for the expansion and incorporation of new user
requirements into a UNIX-based information system (STRATCAT 1.0)
software which was designed to provide operations, planning and
exercise to USSTRATCOM. The new requirements will be translated
iteratively to upgrade the system and expand its functions for
implementation on STRATCOM LAN and on Global Command and Control System
(GCCS) platforms. The implementation shall be accomplished in three
evolutionary phases to take account of the users feedback in operating
the system through various wargame exercises or from encountering
deficiencies in system interactions with other CINC's. A TOP SECRET
security clearance is required. DNA anticipates release of a Request
for Proposal (RFP) on or about 22 Apr 96. All requests for the RFP must
be in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable and shall be faxed to the
attention of Michael Richman at (703) 325-9295. If the request is
faxed, no original copy is required. All responsible sources may submit
