89 -- ASSORTED SHEET PAN CAKES, DOUBLE LAYER ROUND CAKES, ASSORTED FRUIT, CREAM, AND CHIFFON PIES, AND BROWNIES FOR FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA DINING FACILITIES SOL DABT39-96-B-0084 DUE 061096 POC Contract Specialist Genie Kendig (405) 442-3404 (Site Code W804A6) SUPPLIES: Contractor shall supply assorted fresh layer cakes, sheetcakes, shortcakes; assorted pies, and brownies for Fort Sill Dining Facilities for a base and four option years. Contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. Deliveries will be made a minimum of three times per week to approximately 17 dining facilities. Contractor facilities are required to pass an Army Veterinary Services inspection prior to the award of a contract. Estimated quantities for base year are as follows: 91,300 pies, includes assorted fruit, pumpkin, lemon meringue, chiffon, cream and pecan; 2,500 brownies, chocolate and butterscotch; and 18,400 Assorted cakes, 9 - 10 inch diameter, includes round double layer, chocolate, white, coconut, and carrot with cream cheese icing; 2,500 packages shortcake cups, 3-5 inch, 8 per package; 9,000 unsliced 16 x 24 inch sheetcakes with icing, includes chocolate, coconut, and banana; 3,000 16 x 24 inch cheese cake with assorted toppings such as cherry, pineapple, berry, etc. Proposed procurement is herein 100% set aside for SMALL BUSINESS.
