W -- LEASE OF MODULAR OFFICE SOL DACW39-96-B-0002 DUE 052196 POC Contract Specialist RANDY BROWN (601) 634-4119 (Site Code DACW39) Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to furnish a new or used 42 foot by 90 foot modular office. The initial lease period will be for one (1) year with the option of the Government to lease for three (3) additional years. The solicitation will also contain an option to purchase the trailers at any time during the lease period. The modular office will be set-up near building 6011 at the Waterways Experiment Station, Vicksburg, MS. The modular office will be used for office space. Exterior finish shall be wood siding and skirting and the interior shall have gypsum board walls and suspended ceiling with recessed lighting. Flooring shall be carpet, vinyl- composition tiles and sheet vinyl per Government requirements. The design for this unit will be provided by the Government and will include all architectural, electrical and mechanical requirements necessary for construction. The Government shall perform all site work and furnish utilities to the unit. All delivery, set-up and connection to existing Government furnished utilities shall be provided by the Contractor.
