The National Science Foundation (NSF) is soliciting proposals for the design, conduct and data processing of a new survey of nonprofit institutions for 1995 and 1996. The contractor will design the sample, impute for unit and item nonresponse, inflate the sample to national estimates, generate standard errors or coefficients of variation for key statistics, design survey questions, questionnaires, and software, collect, computerize, aggregate and analyze data, prepare tables, reports, documentation, and methodology, establish an expert advisory panel, and help prepare background materials for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) survey clearance request.
