The Contractor shall provide emergent, urgent and other requested inter-facility ground transportation services to Indian Health Service (IHS) Contract Health Service (CHS) eligible beneficiaries. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, drugs, supplies, equipment, vehicles, facilities and expertise necessary for or incident to provide transportation services. The Contractor must possess a valid Certificate of Necessity and License issued by the State. Anticipated award will be for a twelve month period effective 01 Jul 96, with four (4) one-year options.
