A SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL BE PUBLISHED BEFORE INVITATIONS ARE ISSUED. The work includes removing the existing 4-zone fire alarm control panel, existing fire alarm bells and associated conduit and wire. Provide one new 40-zone fire alarm control panel, one new 12-zone sprinkler riser trouble alarm panel, smoke detectors, heat detectors, audio-visual alarm devices, duct fire dampers and associated conduit and wire in Building 101UA. Existing manual pull stations and sprinkler riser tamper switches shall be reused and connected to the new fire alarm systems. The project includes all incidental related work. Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 05/10/96, open bids 06/11/96, complete contract 12/07/96. Estimated cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. (106)
