The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and packaging to perform testing analysis for the purpose of identifying and or confirming the presence of parameters of concern in water, air and solid waste samples taken from Letterkenny Army Depot. The media to be analyzed is Solid Waste, UST's, Asbestos, Potable Water, Air Quality, Waste Water and Groundwater. The solicitation contains provisions for a single award only. Multiple awards will not be considered. The contract shall be for one base and four option years. The solicitation requires the Contractor to provide services within a two (2) hour commuting distance of Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. Delivery requirements as of work order date: Routine 14 calendar/10 work days; Wastewater 7 calendar/5 work days; Expedited 5 work days; and Emergency 24 hours. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. Only written requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. There is a $100.00 charge for this solicitation package. Certified check, cashier's check, or money order must accompany the request and should be made payable to the US Department of Treasury.
