Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to award a concession contract authorizing the continued operation of historic resort hotel and villas, with food service, boat portaging, and water-related services for the public at Voyageurs National Park, Minnesota, for a period of approximately ten (10) years from January 1, 1996, through December 31, 2005. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent Voyageurs National Park, 3131 Highway 53 South, International Falls, Minnesota 56649, (phone: 218-283-9821) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed contract. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This contract has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received by the Superintendent of Voyageurs National Park not later than April 26, 1996, to be considered and evaluated. (102)
