Z -- SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS OF GROUNDWATER WELLS AT BUILDINGS 21 AND H-28 AT THE MARINE CORPS BASE, CAMP LEJEUNE, NORTH CAROLINA SOL N62470-95-B-1504 DUE 060496 POC Contact Point, Pam Owens, (910)451-2582 The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for the sampling and analysis of eight (8) monitoring wells and fluid measurements of sixteen (16) monitoring wells located at building 21 and H-28 at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The Contractor shall follow the guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region IV, Groundwater Monitoring SOP in Attachment J-C5, Section J, and the ''Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) Groundwater Monitoring Technical Enforcement Guidance Document'' for all work related to sampling, gauging, and reporting monitoring well work. The Contractor shall submit laboratory certification for all tests required by this contract. Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year, commencing 15 days after notice of award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract not to exceed 60 months total duration. The proposed contract is under the Simplified Aquisition Procedures and is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $3,500,000.
