Communications Facility located on the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base
portion of the Tulsa International Airport, 4200 N. 934d East Avenue,
Tulsa, Oklahoma. Project includes all plant, labor, materials,
services, incidentals, and equipment plant, labor, materials, services,
incidentals, and equipment required to perform all work as described on
the plans and specifications. The project also but is not limited to,
construction of a metal roofed 12000 SF composite communications
facility which includes offices, communication repair areas, a video
studio, an audio visual area, base reproduction and distribution
offices, a secure communications vault, a telephone frame room and
associated electrical and mechanical systems. Site work includes
construction of parking lots, drives, drainage, light poles,
landscaping and automatic irrigation systems. All work must be
completed within 270 calendar days after the date of receipt of the
Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude of the project is between
$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed contract will be unrestricted.
All Contractors interested in bidding this project must request an IFB
packet from the USPFO For Oklahoma, Attn: OKPFO-PC, 3535 Military
Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111. Plans and specifications will be
available on or about 1 May 96 and will be issued on a first come basis
until all plans have been exhausted, a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is
required. Check should be made payable to the Fiscal & Accounting
Office, Tulsa Air National Guard Base (F & AO TANGB). Tulsa contact
persons for site visits, technical design, and construction questions

831-0548. Site visits are high y encouraged and must be coordinated
prior to arrival. A pre-bid conference and scheduled site visit is
scheduled for 14 May 96 at 9:30 an in building 222, Civil Engineer's
Classroom, Tulsa Air National Guard Base. Visiting bidders must
complete a site visit form available from the Base Civil Engineer's
