DRAFT SOLICITATION AND REQUEST FOR COMMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES (POTS) CONTRACTS IN THE PACIFIC RIM AND NORTHWEST/ARTIC REGIONS DUE 043096. General Services Administration plans a major indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery telecommunications equipment and services acquisition during fiscal year 1996. The proposed Purchase of Telecommunication Services (POTS) contracts are for basic telecommunications equipment and services and are available for optional use by all Federal agencies. The equipment under the contract may include telephones and miscellaneous equipment, electronic and digital key systems, voice mail, video teleconference equipment, cable, wiring, and Private Branch Exchanges (PBX's) up to 1000 ports.
