The frequency converter shall have an input of 480 VAC +/- 10%, 3 phase, 3 wire, 60 Hz with safety ground and output of 90 KVA full load at 0.8 PF, 150% minimum for 5 minutes and 200% minimum for 20 seconds, both at a 25% duty cycle; 115/200 volts +/- 1%, 400 Hz +/- 1%, 3% harmonic distortion maximum. Operating temperature range shall be -40 degrees C. to +55 degrees C., EMI/RFI compatible with aircraft systems. Overall weight shall not exceed 1200 lbs. Overall maximum dimensions shall not exceed 80'' high, 62'' wide, and 24'' deep. Converter shall be compliant with 18'' safety clearance requirement of National Electric Code (NEC Article 513-10(a)) NFPA 73-1990. Delivery to NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center, Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA 23337. Delivery is required 45 days after award of a purchase order. Delivery as set forth is deemed necessary to meet mission requirements. Award is anticipated to be made within 7 calendar days after the closing date of the RFQ and will be made to the responsible firm submitting the lowest responsive quote.
