Work includes major interior demolition, including removal and disposal of all asbestos/PCB-containing materials in building finishes, insulation, lighting ballasts and other building elements. Renovation of dorm rooms, bathrooms, support and recreation spaces, new eletronic access and alarm systems, interior finishes, exterior insulation (EIFS) system, new mechanical/electrical systems, new primary mechanical/eletrical equipment and distribution systems, and incidental related work.
