project designs involving 400 HZ distribution and generation systems.
Mechanical work will involve the design of building HVAC systems for
new and existing facilities, plumbing and piping design, energy

control procedures for design projects where cost is a factor; and e)
post construction contract award services to insure design and
construction quality. 3. Capacity: a) professional ability to perform
multiple projects concurrently and present volume of work and prior DoD
awards. 4. Performance: past performance/ratings on DoD contracts. 5.

Memphis. If the firm has branch offices in more than one city, indicate
the number of personnel in each discipline in the office that will be
responsible for work under this contract; b) knowledge of probable site

regulatory requirements that would affect the projects, including
wetlands mitigation; and d) the ability to provide timely professional
