The work includes completing miscellaneous repairs of various buildings including recaulk precast panel joints and repair dock bumper, provide storage room, flooring, painting and minor plaster repairs, replace double hung windows, replace several corrugated metal panels and paint exterior of building, replace thermal glass panels, replace annealed glass with tempered glass, replace pressure treated decking and miscellaneous framing at hose drying rack, replace areas of metal siding, roofing, miscellaneous framing members and paint structural members, patch cracks in stucco covered masonry walls and provide textured elastomeric coating over masonry surface, replace metal wall panel and adjust emergency shower/eyewash, replace latches on clerestory windows and caulk window exterior and incidental related work.
