Z -- REPAIR EXTERIOR OF DORM 536 SOL F26600-96-B-0701 DUE 062196 POC Contact SSgt Young, Buyer, Nellis AFB, NV 702/652-9117. Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment required to complete repair of exterior, Building 536, at Nellis AFB, NV. Work will include, but is not limited to removal of existing windows and landscaping; installation of new windows, concrete columns & footings, concrete masonry units and veneer units; painting of cement plaster finish on all exterior concrete masonry units not covered with veneer units; installation of standing seam metal awning roof system on metal framing; desert landscaping; and general exterior and interior painting. The estimated total dollar value of this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a performance period of 120 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1522 and size standard is $17 Million. The IFB will be issued unrestricted.
