U.S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command, Pacific proposes to contract for docside repairs on USCGC MELLON, a 378'high endurance cutter, homeported in Seattle, WA) All work will be performed at either Pier 36 in Seattle, WA or at the Naval Base in Everett, WA, during the period of 22 July through 30 Aug 1996. Work items include; temporary serrvices, warping capstan overhaul, sewage and grey water valves, visitors berthing upgrade, turbine patch step and ladder rung installation and padeye removal and installation.
