This proucrement will be a five year, Indefinite Quantity Contract,
with a minimum quantity of 100 each, and a miximum quantaity of 284
each. FOB Destination with required delivery of the minimum quantity of
65 each to New Cumberland, PA and 35 each to Stockton, CA with
deliveries of 50 each per month starting 300 days ADC. This procurement
requires prequalification. ALl responsible sources may submit a
proposal which shall be considered by the agency. AUthority and
justification is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number
of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies
for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to
permit full and open competition; however, it is restricted to
approved source(s) McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, AZ and
IMC Magnetics, Hauppauge, NY. The time required for approval of new
supplies is such that award and deliery cannot be delayed pending
approval of a new souce. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval
in order to compete for future solicitations IAW the instructions
contained in Section L of the solicitation. Information on meeting of
