Project Number and Title: 900389, Built Up Roof Management Program. b. Location: Robins AFB GA. c. Description: Develop a roof management program for Robins AFB. d. Scope of Services Required: This effort is intended to develop a roof managment program for Robins AFB, include developing a statement of work to hire a firm to survey a portion of the base's buildings each year to identify preventive maintenance and repair requirements. Other requirements are the development of a computer data base for construction and repair history along with roof characteristics. The focus of the study will be on built-up roofs, but other types of roof systems will be included in the data base. e. Estimated Construction Cost Range: Not Applicable. f. Factors on eligibility for consideration: (1) Geographical Area: Southeastern U.S. (2) Firm Size: Firms considered large or small businesses will be eligible for consideration under this announcement. (3) Other: The Government may at its option negotiate with the firm selected at a later date for services to inspect the service contract. g. Type of contract proposed: Fixed price. h.
