The 30th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the contractor to remove all contaminated soil (80-100 yards) and benzene contaminated well fluids for oil well for one (1) oil well and one (1) water well. Hazardous waste shall be transported and disposed of in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Vandenberg AFB EPA Number and Tax Number must be used on manifest. Water well must be abandoned first and accomplished by a contractor possessing a California C-57 license. Oil Well must be abandoned in accordance with the State of California Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal guidelines. Contractor must possess a Class A engineering license or a C-61 license. Contractor must provide proof of license to the contracting officer prior to award. This acquisition has been set-aside for 100% small business interests.
