Maintenance Services for 1549 housing units at Dover Air Force Base. There are 1251 units located immediately outside DAFB and 298 units located approximately 3 miles from DAFB. The work consists of providing all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance of the military family housing units. The procurement is set aside as a national buy, Section 8a competitive and as such is limited to 8a concerns. The standard industrial classification (SIC) is 1799. The solicitation will be evaluated under simplified source selection procedures, resulting in a fixed price contract to the responsible offeror that offers the best value to the government.
