This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DTCGG3-96-P-TWV233. This synopsis/solicitation constitutes an information for bid (IFB) and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. This acquisition is for the 3Com NetBuilderII components listed below. Two of the four 3 Port V.35 modules, and one of the two Flash Memory Cards, are needed to reconfigure an existing 3Com router for new OSC support requirements. The remaining 2 modules in addition to the other components are required to configure a duplicate 3Com router currently housed at the OSC. The duplicate router is essential in providing back-up for mission critical operations.
