The WSPS kit is comprised of Upper Cutter, Cowling Cutter, Pilot Cutter, Laser Sensor Cutter, Main Landing Gear Cutter and Tail Landing Cutter, BAL P/Ns (respectively) 965-34501-002, -003, -008, -009, -014, -015; Windsheild Deflector, Wiper Post Deflector, Hinged Deflector, Antenna Deflectors, Search Light Deflector, Step Deflecot and Main Landing Joint Deflector, BAL P/Ns 965-34501-005, -006, -007, -010, -011, -012 and -013; and rear view mirror, BAL P/N: 965-34501-004. Procurement by other than full and open competition is justified as a follow-on procurement from BAL, which manufactures WSPS Kits previously purchased for reserve duty HH-60H helicopters.
