Z -- MAINTENANCE DREDGING OF EXISTING AND REALIGNED CHANNEL AND ANCHORAGE, SCARBOROUGH RIVER, SCARBOROUGH, MAINE SOL DACW33-96-B-0024 DUE 053096 POC Jerry Nunziato, 617-647-8424 The work of this project consists of maintenance and improvement dredging of approximately 90,000 cubic yards of material from the channels and anchorage at Scarborough River, Scarborough, Maine. Dredging shall be to depths of 6 and 8 feet below Mean Low Water (M.L.W.) in the 6 and 8-foot channels, and to 6 feet below M.L.W. in the 6-foot anchorage. Dredged material shall be loaded into scows and transported to the Camp Ellis nearshore disposal site, approximately 4 nautical miles from the project site. Estimated cost of the work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 042596 at a cost of $9.00 per set.
