FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to acquire, through full and open competitive procedures, total conference management support for the DOD Worldwide Education Symposium, to be held 6-11 July 1997, at the Adam's Mark Hotel, in St. Louis, MO, located at Fourth and Chestnut. Total conference management encompasses managing all aspects of the exhibit hall area, providing for the registration of participants and exhibitors, developing informational material and signs, greeting participants, working with the hotel on all aspects of the conference. The worldwide symposium will have between an estimated 900 - 1000 participants, to include military personnel, government employees, college and university personnel, higher educational officials, and for-profit and not for-profit organizations.
