Wright-Patterson AFB intends to procure 1 each Holter Workstation. This new system shall provide enhanced holter scanning capabilities; including the ability to analyze one study while loading another. This system will also provide enhanced arrythmia recognition algorithyms for quicker processing of studies. This system will be used by the cardiology clinic (SGOMC) to provide inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiac testing services. The proposed unit shall interface using the existing Marquette Electronic Inc. ME1 MUSE 5000 cardiac data management system, which is presently in place. The proposed unit shall also have long term data storage capabilities in the native file format of the existing MUSE system and use the existing installed cabling. The proposed unit shall be compatible with the existing Holter recording devices as follows: 1. Marquette SEER solid state electronic ECG recorder. 2. Marquette 8500 Holter tape recorder. Complete installation and setup of unit by manufacturer to include hardware and software installation as well as any initial trouble shooting necessary to become fully operational with Marquette Inc. ME1 MUSE 5000 cardiac data management system presently in place. Item to be delivered to WPAFB OH. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
