THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. DO NOT REQUEST SOLICITATION. The service would consist of a one-time initial issue of approximately 4,069 different common hardware items in varying quantities. New or emergency type hardware would be added as required. Vendor would be required to provide bins and set them up in various locations throughout the shop areas. The Vendor would be required to initially supply bins, to restock bins, and to provide personnel to restock the bins. Vendor would inventory bins on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly) as determined by Directorate of Mission, Plans, and Operation (DMPO). Vendor would be responsible for monitoring usage, maintaining a specified stock level, and replenishing stock as necessary to maintain that level. Vendor would be responsible for identifying potential or actual shortages, providing written notification to DMPO, and providing an estimated delivery date. Interested companies are requested to reply and briefly state their current business and provide any technical literature available, or past experience.
