The US Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for floor and wall repair at the Wellsboro National Fishery Research and Development Laboratory, National Biological Survey, Wellsboro, PA. The project consists of surface preparation and repair of existing concrete floors and application of a floor treatment; refurbishing corroded steel edge-work on the perimeter of the floor trench drains and trench grates throughout the building; and surface preparation and painting of all interior walls within rooms in the Laboratory Building. Work shall begin o/a May 15, 1996 and be completed by June 15, 1996. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specifications for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a April 5, 1996.
