Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform exterior/interior wall repairs at the Camci Building, Summit Plaza Apartments, 730 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ. Repairs include, but are not limited to, removing spalled concrete and repairing concrete, adding new anchors at terraces, refinishing terraces, installing new structural anchorage at stair towers, and providing new metal insulated siding and galvanized steel angle girt system at a 16 story building. Completion time 250 days. Estimated price range between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There will be a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for each set of plans and specifications. Requests for the solicitation package shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in that amount made payable to Department of Housing and Urban Development. The package will be available April 16, 1996. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am, May 7, 1996 in the conference room at 730 Newark Avenue, Jersey City.
