If estimated maximum daily requirements are needed contact Public Service Company of Colorado to obtain historical usage. The Government will not make an award under the solicitation unless the price bid represents savings to the Government of at least five (5) percent based on Public Service Company of Colorado's applicable tariff rate or the VAMC's equivalent Btu price of heating oil, whichever is less. The solicitation (IFB)will be available on April 12, 1996. Responsible gas suppliers, must submit a written request for the IFB to the VAMC in Grand Junction, CO at the address stated above.
