Support will include, but is not limited to, the following areas: submarine noise measurement and evaluation, ship acoustic vulnerability evaluation, and acoustic engineering. The FIP resources may include software development, computer systems analyses, programming, modeling, and integration. Additional support efforts may include prepration of program documentation, presentation materials, program plans, and acquisition strategies. A one year cost plus fixed fee type contract with four one years options is anticipated. The estimated annual level of effort is 28,000 manhours. A Secret Clearance is required.
