The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Ca issued a Solcitation on January 19, 1996 to procure services for the downloading of 300 each HARM WDU-21/B Warheads plus an option to download an additional 100 HARM WDU-21/B Warheads.
