The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake, California intends to negotiate an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract on a Time and Materials basis for on-call and per-call remedial and preventive hardware maintenance and upgrades to increase the size, speed and performance of Government-Owned Silicon Graphics, Incorporated (SGI) manufactured equipment and attached peripherals (may be third party) that have been acquired by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Divison and the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake and Point Mugu. The equipment to be maintained is installed at various locations within the boundaries of the Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) and the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake and Point Mugu, California sites. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be three years. Per-call requirements will be ordered on individual delivery orders. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. Proposals will be solicited by lots for each site and for all sites combined, and will be evaluated for multiple award consideration.
