Carney (Site Code W31XNJ) Firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery-Requirements Type Contract will be issued by the Mobile District. Contractor shall provide Asphalt Concrete ''E'' Mix and deliver to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Allatoona Lake Recreation Areas, Cartersville, Georgia. Asphalt Concrete, shall conform to section 828.03 of the Georgia Department of Transportation Specification, 1983 Edition for ''E'' Mix Asphalt Concrete. Asphalt Concrete is to be delivered in trucks regularly used for the purpose and equipped for dumping in a 180 Blaw Knox Spreader or similar type spreader. After loading at the batch plant the asphalt concrete will be covered with a tarpaulin until unloaded. Asphalt Concrete will be delivered to the job site at 300 degrees Fahrenheit +/- 20 degrees fahrenheit. Asphalt concrete meeting these specifications will be delivered to specified areas. Maximum contract value for the base year is estimated at 7,500 tons and 7,500 tons for each option year. The guaranteed minimum quantity of work required for the initial 12-month contract period will be 200 tons. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns.
