Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Warfare Center/Aircraft Division intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0028 with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, New York for peculiar support equipment (PSE), including Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS), fixtures, and adapters in support of F-14D aircraft. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 aircraft, Northrop Grumman is the only known source who possess the knowledge, expertise, and technical data required to provide the effort in the timeframe required.
