The principle features of this project shall include but not be limited to replacement of approximately 4000 LF of existing waterline with new eight inch PVC waterline including valves, reaction blocks, connections to existing lines, excavation and ground restoration work. A solicitation will be issued on or about 19 April 1996 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
