The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreemennts N00024-96-G-5228 and N00024-96-G-5229 with Sechan Electronics Inc., 522 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, Pa 17543 and Cardion, Inc., 100 Sunnyside Blvd., Woodbury, NY 11797-2925. Orders will be issued for the material and services for installation, checkout, testing or repair of field change kits, Performance Expansion Modules or other equipment associated with the AN/SPA-25G Radar Display. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Orders will be competed between Cardion Inc., and Sechan Electronics Inc. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein nor will any other supplies satisfy the Navy's requirements.
