Materials include the book, ''The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People'' by Stephen R. Covey, copyrighted 1989, licensing of training materials for ''7 Habits of Highly Effective People'' to include facilitators training manual, licensing audio tapes, licensing of video based materials instruction aids and other copyrighted materials related to the copyrighted ''7 Habits of Highly Effective People'' training program. Responses to this sources sought synopsis must be received by April 18, 1996 and include details of the offeror's ability to license the copyrighted material to FORSCOM, as well as provide the printed materials as necessary to support the training program.
