consists of: Repair all stucco cracks, holes, chips and other damage.
Repair all damaged or cracked brick, slump block and concrete masonry
units. Replace damaged masonry units that can not be repaired. Patch
and repoint (tuckpoint), mortar joints, as required to provide a
waterproof structure, except on previously painted masonry. Waterproof
and seal all joints. Remove and replace all non-repairable wood trim,
soffits, fascias, door and window frames, wood and metal vent covers
(crawlspace and attic). Patch all damaged siding. Prepare and paint all
exterior wood trim; stucco; siding; wood door and window frames; wood
thresholds; fascias; wood soffits; poles; previously painted metal
construction, to include supports, fascias, wood wind breaks (panels),
soffits; and previously painted masonry. This will be a Firm Fixed
Price Contract. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
