A contractor owned/contractor operated facility is sought. The operation of a DX linen exchange pickup point will be a part of the requirement. Contractor facilities will be subject to a formal pre-award survey prior to contract award. Performance period will be a base year plus four one-year option periods if exercised by the Government.
