UNITED STATES AIR FORCE EUROPE (USAFE) Sol F61521-96-R-5010, Due

requires the establishment, management, and operation of commercial
travel offices (CTOs) for USAFE. The Government will furnish facilities
at ten primary sites in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Turkey
and at three satellite sites in the United Kingdom, Germany, an
Norway. The contractor will be required to be the exclusive provider of
commercial travel services for official travel at each primary and
satellite site; as such, the contractor will be required to be a
provide a discount rate to the Government. The contractor will be

to the Government. A three-month phase-in period is projected
beginning 01 october 1996. The two-year basic period of performance
will be 01 January 1997 through 31 December 1998, with three one-year
options (1999, 2000, and 2001). The acquisition will be conducted in
accordance with source selection procedures as specified in FAR 15.6.
A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror
who submits the technically acceptable offer with the highest
remuneration. The projected release date of the Request for Proposal is
30 Apr 96. A pre-proposal conference and site visit, with access to the
technical library, is tentatively scheduled for 16 May 1996 at Ramstein
AB, Germany. Please provide the company name, attendee names, social
security numbers, and passport numbers of individuals planning to
attend the pre-proposal conference, and/or the site visit, to this
office not later than 10 May 1996 (a maximum of three representatives
per company are authorized to attend the pre-proposal conference and
site visit). All responsible sources may submit an offer. No verbal
request for the solicitation package will be accepted. To expedite
handling of solicitation documents, offerors may provide this office in
writing, with an express mail service account number (i.e. Federal
