This is a contract for accredited educational and non-profit institutions to provide student services to support Government research and developmental projects in the San Diego commuting area. These services will be for disciplines of physical and non-physical sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer sciences, public health, exercise physiology, foreign language translation and library sciences for tasks such as but not limited to: (1) Perform human engineering, psychological, physiological and/or behavioral studies. (2) Collect, develop, analyze and score performance data; develop interview and questionnaire forms; develop instructional media material for pilot studies; and/or administer tests to personnel. (3) Perform literature searches; compile background material; and prepare summaries and bibliographies. (4) Translate foreign language editions of scientific documents. (5) Review, analyze and document procedures, and/or perform feasibility studies (6) Perform data conversion, coding analysis and reduction. (7) Prepare engineering drawings and schematics. (8) Design, fabricate, test and document developmental hardware. (9) Analyze charts, aerial photographics/maps utilizing photogrametric/Cartographic techniques. (10) conduct physiochemical experiments, measurements, analyses, test and evaluation. (11) Design, exercise, and test models utilizing stimulation, simulation, emulation, and numerical and statistical analyses techniques. (12) Design, develop, and test computer modeling, architecture, graphics, and/or develop computer vision (CADCAM) libraries and databases. (13) Conduct software engineering experiments, studies, measurements, analysis, test and evaluation, or other developing, testing, and documenting in the computer science field.
