89 -- PROVIDE AND DELIVER BULK/RAW SUBSISTENCE ITEMS TO ARMY NATIONAL, GUARD UNITS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA SOL DAHA08-96-B-0001. POC Contracting Officer is MAJ Gary D. Peterson, (904) 823-0552. Provide bulk/raw subsistence items to National Guard units in the state of Florida. Contractor is to provide and deliver subsistence items to various units of the Florida Army National Guard. A indefinite delivery/quantity contract, with base year and four one year options is considered. The state has been divided into four separate geographic regions. The offeror may provide for all four regions or for any number of regions. Contractor is to provide, but is not limited to the following subsistence items: bread, milk, eggs, vegetables, meats, fruits, poultry, fish, etc, from a provided product item list based on pre-set menus. Evaluation and selection of contractor will based on the following criteria in descending order of importance (1. Types of foods available, (2. Number of regions able to service, (3. Delivery time after receipt of order, (4. Price, (5. Ability to break case lots, (6. Guarantee/replacement of short/not accepted items.
