The classification code, Item 6 should read 67 Photographic Equipment and Item 8 should read 67. The SIC Code for this procurement is 5043. The Air Combat Command Contracting Squadron (ACC CONS SQ) intends to competitively purchase a Multimedia Presentation System for approximately 17 formal training unit classrooms and 78 operational squadron main briefing rooms, at approximately 23 ACC bases. This is a commercial-off-the-shelf procurement, Brand Name or equal. It will require the purchase of all components to install the multimedia systems, allowing for some upgrade. It will require a site survey, some alterations (to include lighting and electrical changes with little, if any structure changes), integration, warranty, training and training guide. Schematic drawings of the classroom and main briefing room will be included with the RFP. Contract type is a firm-fixed requirements contract; Basic Year and Four Option Years.
